钙钛矿光伏

全球首创三端钙钛矿/TOPCon 叠层太阳能电池，基于量产的TOPCon太阳能电池，采用ALD，磁控溅射及湿法涂布工艺，在150-200 度低温条件下完成，器件有效面积4-16 cm2，光电转换效率效率达到29.11%。
